Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
✅ Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (posts, reels, videos, and stories) to engage the audience.
✅ Monitor social media trends, industry updates, and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
✅ Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
✅ Track performance metrics using analytics tools and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
✅ Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
✅ Manage paid social media campaigns and analyze ad performance.
Requirements:
🔹 2-3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
🔹 Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
🔹 Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
🔹 Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
🔹 Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools) are a plus.
🔹 Excellent communication skills and creative mindset.
🔹 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
