We’re Thinkster — a design-led digital marketing agency that turns pixels into power moves. And we’re on the hunt for a social media manager who can do more than “just post stuff.”

You’ll be the brain and the vibe behind our brand (and our clients’) digital presence — from spicy captions to trendjacking Reels. If you can make a brand feel alive on the timeline and back it up with numbers? Babe, we’re already in love.

What You’ll Actually Do (No Fluff, Just Real Stuff)

✅ Craft scroll-stopping content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
✅ Plan, schedule, and publish posts like a content ninja using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
✅ Create or brief visuals that are as good as your captions (bonus if you can whip up quick edits in Canva or Adobe)
✅ Stay glued to trends, memes, and algorithm changes — you’re basically the newsroom for our feeds
✅ Slide into DMs, respond to comments, and make sure our community knows we see them
✅ Obsess over analytics — track what’s working, what’s flopping, and what needs a glow-up
✅ Manage paid social ads and tweak them until they’re printing conversions
✅ Collaborate with our design and copy squad to keep every post 100% on-brand

You, If You’re the One

🔹 2–3 years of experience as a social media manager, content marketer, or digital wizard
🔹 Fluent in platform speak (Instagram trends, LinkedIn etiquette, YouTube basics — you know the drill)
🔹 Comfortable juggling multiple brands and multiple vibes without breaking a sweat
🔹 Pro in scheduling tools and analytics dashboards (Meta Business Suite, GA4, etc.)
🔹 Canva-savvy or Adobe-fluent (we’re not picky — just make it look good)
🔹 Killer writing skills, creative ideas, and a knack for storytelling
🔹 Self-starter energy — you don’t need babysitting, just good briefs and better coffee
