What You’ll Be Doing

πŸ’Ό LinkedIn Outreach – Find the right people, send smart messages, and build relationships that lead to business.
πŸ“§ Email Marketing – Write and send emails that open doors. Follow up with finesse, and never let a hot lead go cold.
πŸ“Š Database Building – Research and compile clean, targeted lists of potential clients from scratch (yes, we mean zero fluff).
πŸ“ˆ Lead Qualification – Sort the gold from the gravel. Identify who’s worth our time and who’s not.
πŸ“ž Appointment Setting – Schedule meetings that matter β€” for yourself and the senior BD team.
πŸ“‹ CRM Management – Keep our leads organized and our pipeline healthy.
🧠 Market Research – Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and new client segments.
🀝 Collab Time – Work with the design, content, and digital teams to sync messaging and strategy.


What You Bring to the Table

βœ”οΈ 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or outreach (agency/creative background = brownie points).
βœ”οΈ Sharp written communication β€” your cold emails don’t feel cold.
βœ”οΈ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a prospecting tool (Sales Navigator = big plus).
βœ”οΈ Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Apollo/HubSpot/Zoho, and email platforms.
βœ”οΈ Detail-driven mindset β€” your databases are clean, lean, and effective.
βœ”οΈ Good understanding of agency services like branding, social media, and digital marketing.
βœ”οΈ Fluent in English β€” written and spoken.
βœ”οΈ Pune-based (bonus if you’re familiar with Bavdhan and nearby biz hubs).
