Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of Business Development Associates. This is a field-based role that involves regular client meetings, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the business development efforts, targeting new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth client meetings, understand their requirements, and present tailored business solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and growth goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the local market and explore new revenue streams.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Business Development Associates to meet sales objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance, client feedback, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market (Bavdhan, Pune) is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
