Thinkster is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Bavdhan, Pune. This isn’t the kind of internship where you sit quietly in a corner and only update spreadsheets. You’ll get a real look into the world of hiring, people, culture, interviews and everything that keeps a growing team moving.
So… What Will You Actually Do?
Fair question. HR is a lot more than sending interview invites and maintaining Excel sheets. You’ll get to see how people join a company, how teams grow and how a workplace comes together.
- Search for and shortlist potential candidates
- Help post jobs where the right people will actually see them
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates in the loop
- Maintain recruitment trackers without letting the chaos win
- Learn how a hiring process works from start to finish
- Help new team members feel welcome from Day One
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
- Assist with employee engagement and team activities
- Learn the basics of attendance and HR operations
- Get a behind-the-scenes look at how workplace culture is built

We’re not looking for someone with a huge list of qualifications. We’re looking for someone who is interested in people and genuinely excited to learn how HR works in the real world.
- You enjoy talking to and working with people
- You’re organised, or at least trying your best
- You communicate clearly and confidently
- You notice the little details
- You like learning by doing
- You have 0–6 months of HR or recruitment experience
- You’ve worked on a college event or coordinated a team
- You know your way around Google Workspace or MS Office
- You’re curious about recruitment and workplace culture
- You’re ready to take initiative instead of waiting to be told everything
