About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, and contribute to building a positive work culture. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to grow in the field of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Handle employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Support in employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR (Internship experience will be considered).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
