About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on email marketing and LinkedIn outreach. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline through strategic digital outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B leads using LinkedIn and other databases
- Craft and execute effective cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach strategies
- Personalize messaging to improve open and response rates
- Manage and maintain CRM entries with lead status and activity tracking
- Coordinate with the Sales/BD team to schedule calls and follow-ups
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Continuously update knowledge on market trends, tools, and outreach practices
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or email/LinkedIn outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation techniques
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Apollo, Instantly, etc. (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
